Warranty

If you’re looking to exchange a defective product, we're here to help!

We offer exchanges for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Where law requires a warranty period longer than set out in this document, the warranty will be extended for such time period and to the extent required by law.

PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

This limited warranty extends to products manufactured by PurseSee and purchased directly from PurseSee.com. This warranty does not cover products used in a manner not compatible with the intended design, or if the care instructions provided with each purchase are not followed.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PurseSee warrants the products sold to our customers against defects in material and workmanship

This limited warranty applies to the following defects.  

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Ripped or torn handles or straps.
  • Broken zippers.

 

*PurseSee limited warranties are not transferable and not applicable to use of the products for commercial use.

 

Our limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Changes in leather that are inherent to the normal use of the product, such as the softening or color change (Patina) of leather.
  • “Cosmetic Damage” such as stains, normal wear and tear, or other changes that do not impact the functionality of the product and occur during normal handling and use of products.
  • Metal chipping that occurs during normal use of the products.
  • Replacement of any non-defective products. (Example: if the strap is defective, we will exchange the strap not the entire bag)
  • Products labeled as “Second quality” such as warehouse or gently used sales items.
  • Lost or stolen Products.

 

In the event of a defect, we will do our best to replace the product with the same product originally purchased. If we are unable to exchange your product with the same product, we will provide a replacement product with equal or greater retail value.

How to return a defect item:

Please contact us at customerservice@PurseSee.com with subject line Defect. If possible, please include a photograph of the defect with proof of the original date of purchase. PurseSee will replace (as applicable) and ship your new product to you after receiving the original product. You will not incur any shipping charges associated with shipping replaced products.
